New Kidney Cancer Drug

. . . Kidney cancer breakthrough. Phase III clinical trial data showed that a new drug, BAY 43-9006, developed by Onyxx (NasdaqNM:ONXX) and its partner Bayer, is able to slow the spread of advanced kidney cancer. Based on the strong data, the drug may be eligible for accelerated approval by the FDA, which can speed up the approval approval from two or more years to only one year.

Behind the L-3 Story

. . . Cramer says buy L-3 Communications (NYSE: LLL) hand over fist (3/21). Shares of L-3 dived on a story in the NY Times about an FBI investigation. CEO Frank Lanza went on Jim Cramer's show Mad Money to talk about the situation. It was a story that Bloomberg covered a couple of months ago and apparently there isn't much of a story there. Cramer enthusiastically backed L-3 and sure enough, L-3 shares rose in after-hours trading.

Instead, it is made from sugars that occur naturally in fruits, vegetables, corn and dairy products.
